This work requires exquisite sensitivity. Your nervous system will guide the process, and we move only as quickly as feels safe for you. There’s no pushing, no forcing memories to surface, no timeline for healing.
Instead, we create conditions where your body can safely reveal what it’s ready to share. Many clients discover that longstanding patterns, anxieties, or physical symptoms begin to shift as these early experiences are finally met with compassion and understanding.
This work is not about fixing you. It’s about helping your nervous system complete experiences that may have been interrupted or overwhelming at the time. Your body’s responses made perfect sense given your early circumstances.
Before Your First Session
Your inner work may begin as you decide to book your first session. If possible, I invite you to complete the intake form and return it via email at least 24 hours before we meet. If completing the form alone feels overwhelming, we can spend your first sessions exploring your story together. Please let me know what kind of support you need.
The form is comprehensive and explores personal territory that may bring up emotions. Please give yourself quiet, uninterrupted time to complete it at your own pace. You may need to reach out to family members for some historical details. If certain questions cannot be answered because information isn’t available, that’s completely fine – we can only work with what’s accessible to us. Often during sessions, your own subtle inner knowing will emerge to fill in these gaps.
Creating Your Safe Container
During our initial sessions, we will establish the principles that guide this work. These create a safe, stable foundation where you can gradually access earlier somatic memories and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
